Afro-Caribbean History through the Arts Celebration

A cultural event celebrating Juneteenth, and the Afro-Caribbean cultural representation in the City of Holyoke. Drums, dancers, singers, and food trucks will make this festivity a venue to celebrate and acknowledge the multicultural heritage of the region and its legacy! The event starts with drumming and dancing workshops on both days, June 20 and 21. – Workshops will take place at St. Paul’s Church, 485 Appleton St., Holyoke. From 4 pm to 5 pm. Main Performances on both days, June 20 and 21. – Performances will take place at Holyoke Media 1 Court Plaza, Holyoke,  and  Lyman Terrace Open Space Holyoke. From 6 pm to 8 pm
