Amalgamate: A Joint Amherst College & Mt. Holyoke College Dance Concert

The Amherst College/Mt. Holyoke College Fall Faculty Dance Concert is a new tradition of the joining of our two departments to perform and celebrate new works choreographed by our faculty and guest artists. This fall, six faculty members are creating original dances including Shakia Barron, Barbie Diewald, Ellie Goudie-Averill, Jungeun Kim, Jeff Jean-Philippe and Jenna Riegel. Five College Dance students are provided the opportunity to work collaboratively with and learn from these faculty in their creative processes with a culminating experience of performing in a fully produced concert at Kirby Theater, Amherst College. Faculty and students alike very much look forward to sharing our artistic endeavors with our local Five College communities!
