Friends! Let's talk about it. Let's get moving on it.
Rolando, creator of Biodanza, described love as the only force capable of transforming the darkest situations, an organizing force in the universe which can pull us out of chaos, towards harmony, new order.
It's not only for some, for just this week or month. It's everywhere, it's ALL of us!
This is a foundation of Biodanza, a beautiful practice for coming back to our most essential, to that inner compass that guides us in life.
So Wednesday as we gather, we'll dance on this invitation, to open up to life, others, ourselves... celebrating the love that connects us all. Full details below. Come as you are, bring dear ones or just yourself, dear one.
I’ll also share about our upcoming eight-week series which begins February 25th, a journey with overall commitment that also has spaciousness to miss a couple of sessions within this if needed. If you're hoping to join us for the series but can't make it tonight, be in touch and we'll send you the info after class this week.

Come as you are to move, recharge and reconnect, with community and music that feed your soul – transformative dances to move with this transformative time.
With guided movement and beautiful music, we practice moving with activation and accessing flow, befriend and unwind the nervous system, and cultivate our innate creativity, vitality and presence, returning to our essential selves, so that our dances allow new possibilities to unfold. Two hours of restorative play and community care that continue to create ripples far beyond our time together.
We are gathering to grow the field of collective care. To deeply resource, to experience in our own selves a felt sense of safety, freedom and love that we can hold, move from, and offer to others. This is a place to be in your body, where you don’t need to fix or do much talking, a touchstone for reorienting and renewing, from lived experience. Where we can restore our trust in ourselves, meet in our humanity, and let that guide us forward. An embodied, expanding space of ease, integration, co-regulation and renewal – for each of us, and for all of us.
Biodanza is a powerful and progressive integrative system promoting human development both personal and collective, originally developed in Chile during the 1960's and now a global movement. Each class journeys through dances and movement that connects with our everyday lives, catalyzed with carefully-chosen, inspiring music from around the world. These are invitations into “vivencia,” vividly lived present moments which build on one another, creating a cascade of experiences opening up new ways of relating with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. A pathway to reclaim what’s most life-giving and discover new ways of moving through life, learning how to live together as human beings and celebrating and building on all the good.
¡Bienvenides todes! All welcome, accessibility inquiries encouraged, and facilitation will be bilingual (en inglés y español) as needed. Bring your curious heart, comfortable clothes and bare feet or indoor-only shoes for moving in, and a water bottle.
Advance signup recommended – Early bird $25/class by the Monday of each week, $50 for a two-session pass, or sliding scale $30-40/class after each Monday.
