What is more possible when we offer ourselves more loving care each day... when we lean into what lifts us up... when we turn toward wonder... toward each other?

Incremental shifts can change our course completely.

And repeated over time, they grow roots.

Our weekly Biodanza group is an invitation to build into your life an expanding space of ease, integration, co-regulation and renewal. Transformative ground from which to move with this transformative time. We are building this space together.

If you have the possibility to join us on Wednesday evening, take the leap! No experience needed. Come just as you are, to move and be moved, with community and music that feed your soul. With guided movement and beautiful music, we'll move out of stress and into flow, unwind and recalibrate our nervous systems, and cultivate our innate creativity, vitality and presence, returning to what's most essential for each of us so that our dances allow new possibilities to unfold.

Wherever you may be this week, I wish this for you and for all of us. Deep breaths, spaciousness, and greater listening in our world.

B I O D A N Z A : the dance of life

We gather each week to feed the healthy parts of body, soul and community. Encouraging and feeding the joy within ourselves can transform the way we approach life. And we make room for the full range of human experience. Our aim is to activate, through movement and group communication, a strong connection with life here and now. You are warmly invited to join us in this progressive group for human development, where we move to remember our connection with ourselves and each other, and open new paths forward from these dances together.

Aula bilingüe (inglés y español). All ages 18+. No experience needed! Bring comfortable clothes for moving in, bare feet or indoor-only shoes, and a water bottle.
