**FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, AGES 14+.**  *'Buttons' is a solo performance that unfolds as an intimate journey through different landscapes that have shaped the performer’s relationship with materials—places where handmade work, color, and small forms have had a steady presence. This solo performance grows from simple gestures and a direct relationship with buttons—small, everyday, colorful objects that, for decades, were part of the manual and industrial landscape of various places where manufacturing has taken root. The piece explores how certain materials, like buttons or feathers, hold quiet forms of memory: traces of home, of handmade labor, of people whose crafts once supported entire communities. In Buttons, these objects appear not as critical symbols but as gentle elements that help us think about the paths we follow and the things we carry with us—on our clothes, on our skin, and in our everyday lives. Through slow movements, small accumulations, simple arrangements, and subtle shifts across the space, this solo performance becomes an act of listening: listening to color, to soft sounds, to texture. The body becomes a thread connecting personal experiences with humble materials, creating a space for reflection and closeness.*
