This fun workshop will explore fiddle music from Southwest Louisiana. We'll learn tunes, style and technique, variation and improvisation, seconding (chords and rhythm), and a bit about the history of Cajun and Creole music. This class is appropriate for all levels (first position to advanced!), everyone will be able to participate and build a tapestry of lively sound together!
