Call to Artists VIRTUAL Shows at the Burnett Gallery of the Jones Library

Since the founding of the Jones Library in 1921, the Burnett Gallery has offered area artists and craftspeople a public space in which to exhibit their work. The Jones Library is slated to close this spring for renovation and expansion. Monthly VIRTUAL exhibits on the Jones Library website will begin in June 2024 and continue through May 2025. Collectively, the exhibits aim to reflect a variety of media, styles, cultural viewpoints, and levels of artistic expression. Individuals or groups in Amherst and surrounding towns are encouraged to submit applications. Submission of images of artwork in any two-dimensional medium is welcome (including photos of three-dimensional work).
The Burnett Gallery of the Jones Library in Amherst, MA invites area artists to apply to exhibit in VIRTUAL ongoing monthly art shows beginning June 2024 through July 2025. Exhibits will include 12 images, artist's statements, and contact information. If you apply as a group, or if you are selected to exhibit with another artist, the 12 images will be shared among the exhibitors.
