You might see the French countryside on a summer day, or the coast of Maine in a storm — Camille Pissarro, Mary Cassatt, Winslow Homer … On Saturdays (September through June), Clark educators lead guided talks in the galleries to take a close look at some visitor favorites, uncover the history of the museum and get to know the Clark’s collection today.

European and American paintings, sculpture, prints, drawings, photographs, and decorative arts from the Renaissance to the early twentieth century. The collection is especially rich in French Impressionist and Academic paintings, British oil sketches, drawings, and silver, and the work of American artists Winslow Homer, George Inness, and John Singer Sargent.
