when the universe renews itself through stillness.
These nights are the cosmic womb.
Here, the old timeline is quiet.
Your lineage softens.
Your nervous system unclenches.
Your heart returns to the first rhythm
the one before birth.
Let the Earth hold you.
Let your exhale be an offering.
Let your body remember the ancient truth.
