For the Love of Animals - A Painting Workshop with Sarah Marquesen

Aspiring artists - come learn the basics of painting birds. Sarah guides you with a special technique and before you know it, you’ve painted a beautiful cardinal or chickadee. Supplies are provided. This workshop kicks off a 2-month exhibition by **Sarah Marquesen**. Sarah’s paintings portray the beauty and wonder of animals in intricate detail. Stare into the eyes of a bear or raccoon. With every feather of the cardinal or hair of the fox, you’ll create a bond with each animal you see. Come connect with animals depicted in remarkable detail.

The exhibit is on display daily at the visitor center from 12 noon – 4pm starting August 1 through September 29.
