Le Note Diverse (Agnes Coakley Cox, soprano; Juan Mesa, keyed lyre; Hideki Yamaya, theorbo and Baroque mandolin) presents a program of vocal and instrumental pieces by three women composers from 17th-century Italy: Francesca Caccini, Isabella Leonarda, and Barbara Strozzi.
This concert is funded by a grant from the Greenfield Cultural Council.
