Get Creative: Colored Pencil Layering

Join us on Tuesday, October 7 at 3:45 pm for “Get Creative: Colored Pencil Layering”.  This is a  fun-filled one-hour workshop to learn the basics of layering--a fundamental skill to express unique ideas on paper using colored pencils.
