Gilad Hekselman | Jazz Improvisation Masterclass

Join celebrated Jazz guitarist Gilad Hekselman for an in-person masterclass prior to his concert on Saturday, November 13th at BOMBYX Center for Arts & Equity. This class is open to all musicians - not just guitarists - and it is preferred that you have some prior musical knowledge. Gilad will introduce improvisational concepts, including motivic development, use of space, orchestration, and more. Bring your questions. Toward the end of the workshop, Gilad will lead a Q&A for all participants. He’ll round out the class with an improvisational jam and provide feedback for those who wish to play.
