In the inaugural Rhonda Cobham-Sander Lecture, Hanif Abdurraqib will offer a reading, followed by Q&A. Hanif Abdurraqib is a poet, essayist, and cultural critic from Columbus, Ohio. His essays and music criticism have been published in *The FADER*, *Pitchfork*, *The New Yorker*, and *The New York Times*. His latest book, There’s Always This Year: On Basketball and Ascension (Random House, 2024), is a poignant, personal reflection on basketball, life, and home and a New York Times bestseller.
