**Kwartetto Mambo x Naima K Wade: ReKindled Sparks** combines the music of Kwartetto Mambo and the poetry of Naima K Wade. The contemporary jazz and world fusion quartet featuring Dan DeWalt (keys and trombone), Wes Brown (bass), Julian Gerstin (percussion) and John Clark (French horn) will be providing a sound track to the poems of Naima K Wade. Wade's latest book of poetry is "War is Over -- We are Unbound: poetry armor for the times we live in America now." The collaboration is "a reflection of where we find ourselves at this moment, struggling to redeem our democracy and keep our social fabric from shredding as it is attacked by forces of despotism and racism."
