Making Comics: A Lynda Barry style book and drawing club

Join librarian Francesca in the GPL Makerspace as we work our way through Lynda Barry's groundbreaking book "Making Comics". We'll meet bi-weekly from October to March and challenge ourselves with fun drawing prompts and activities.  You'll  unlock the creativity you thought you’d lost as a child and silence your inner critic all while doing some serious memory mining.

All materials will be provided for this program, which is intended for ages 13+. Participants are welcome to come to every session or drop-in as they are available.
