Mother Tongue, an original performance is back in Northampton with new stories! First Generation is so excited to present Mother Tongue in Northampton at Unitarian Society of Northampton and Florence on October 28th @ 7:00PM!
Mother Tongue is inspired by experiences of ensemble members from Congo, Tanzania, Sudan, Nepal, Springfield, and Holyoke. This unique multilingual physical theater performance incorporates 4 languages and themes of diaspora, identity, hypermasculinity, transphobia, racism, the school to prison pipeline and revolution.
