Naumkeag welcomes the community for live music and a restful end to a Berkshires summer day, with Berkshire bands in the gardens and Naumkeag’s wide view over the valley at sunset.
The historic house will offer refreshments outdoors in the snack shack, and you are also welcome to bring their own picnic and drinks along with chairs or blankets to sit on the lawn.

Naumkeag encourages you to save your space ahead, because space is limited and the event can fill up — and they will offer tickets on site if they have room. You can come as early as 5 p.m., and the music begins at 5:30. (The gates will close at 6, so please make sure to come before then.)
In the case of rain they will have to cancel the event, and they will offer a full refund. Also, given the age of the site, Naumkeag is not ADA compliant. The gardens have stairs on a steep hillside, with some uneven footing. But they do have handicapped accessible spots near the house and can accommodate guests with mobility issues in other ways, so they encourage you to let the staff know if you would find any accomodations useful, and they will be glad to help.
