Special Event presented by R. Michelson Galleries, Sunday September 6th, 2-3:30, to be held at the Mt. Holyoke Summit House.

Perspectives from Above the Oxbow: presented by R. Michelson Galleries & featuring the paintings of Lewis Bryden.

Speaker Paul Royka, nationally known fine art & antiques appraiser and former appraiser on the PBS series Antiques Roadshow will discuss how the Oxbow on the Connecticut River inspires artists from Thomas Cole to poet Sylvia Plath, and living artists including Lewis Bryden, Robert Masla, Jeff Kern, and more.

Featured works by Lewis Bryden will be available during the event at the Summit House, 195 Skinner State Park Road, Hadley MA 01035.

Note: Parking is limited at the Summit House. A special selection of works from Lewis Bryden will be on display at the Summit House & at R. Michelson Galleries before and after the event. In the case of bad weather, a subsequent event will be held at the Forbes Library in Northampton, MA at a future date.
