Dive into a diverse movement vocabulary as you explore the world of Modern Scramble. In this class we will work together to increase both our physicality and versatility. Though both warm up, phrase work and writing prompt, we will begin to build a greater awareness of our physical and mental limits. Not only will we work on ourselves, we will work to see and support those around us in our creative endeavors. We will also dive into some of the work from The Tecn0Suite! For this class bring your whole self, and a journal.
