Immigrant Writing Workshop: Memoir

With the generous support of the Amherst Cultural Council, Restless Books, in conjunction with the Jones Library, is offering one of its popular memoir writing workshops, designed for emerging and established writers of all backgrounds who are immigrants or are focusing on writing memoir about immigration. This two-session workshop is for participants ages 17+.
Workshop dates are Tuesday, November 18, and Tuesday, December 2. Attendance at both sessions is expected.
Participant email addresses will be shared with the workshop leader and may be shared with other workshop participants.
All participants received a free digital copy of a Restless Books fiction title written by an immigrant writer.
Exceptional pieces produced in the workshop are considered for publication in the Restless Books’ blog.
