We are seeking new, emerging, experienced, and professional artists and authors to show and share your talent and creativity with the community.

ArtWorks Westfield presents Articulture 2026, a highly anticipated, regional juried art show featuring visual fine art and artisanal work, literature and live music. The 9th edition of this very dynamic community art and cultural experience returns to the Amelia Park Arena, 21 South Broad Street in Westfield, MA. This marks our 4th season at Amelia Park. During the month of May each year, Amelia Park Arena removes the ice from the rink for annual repairs and maintenance. While the ice is out, we fill the rink with art & literature from the Pioneer Valley, western MA, greater New England and beyond!

Produced annually since 2016, Articulture Westfield is a very engaging and highly anticipated community art & cultural experience, evolving into a major art exhibition and attraction in the Pioneer Valley. We encourage you to answer the call quickly! This exhibition experiences robust demand, typically attracting more than twice the number of applications as available display spaces each year.

Our first major production of the new year, Articulture 2026 is part of our ongoing efforts to bring together creators and community to engage, inform, inspire, empower, educate, and entertain and grow the creative economy and community in the city.

We have capacity for up to 75 fine artists and artisans, authors and creators!
This is a juried fine art show.

CALL DETAILS AND APPLICATION PROCESS:

Accepted work is limited to the following categories:
Preferred include painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.
Also accepted are high quality Artisan work in glass, wood, clay, and metal - think one of a kind pieces!
Accepted literature includes original works in all literary genres.

All work must be original and created solely by the applicant. Please no work created by use of AI, 3D printing, a commercial pattern or kit, or by following a tutorial. Work featuring copyrighted characters is not permissible. No imports, embellished or factory-made items.

Display Spaces:
Exhibitors will have a 10’ x 10’ display space on the rink floor ... no ice skates necessary! You have 100 sq. feet to show your work. It is your space – you can use the space as you see fit to best show your work!

Exhibitors bring their own tents, tables, display panels, easels, chairs, and the like. Bring the display supplies and platforms necessary to showcase your work! Electric utilities are not available although self-contained, portable units suitable for an indoor setting are permissible. Lots of free parking. Twelve hours of set up time over two days before the exhibition! Exhibitors must attend both days.

Exhibition fees:
No fee to apply!

Show fee is a $35 annual ArtWorks Westfield supporting membership due upon acceptance. Current members juried into the exhibition participate for FREE!

If you are juried into other ArtWorks Westfield shows during your 12-month membership period, there will be no additional fees charged. ArtWorks Westfield does NOT charge commissions on your sales. No fees to answer this call!

CASH PRIZES will be awarded in several fine art categories at this exhibition. More details to follow.
