Calling All Local Artists & Makers!

The River Valley Co-op Artisan Fair is a one-day event that will showcase a wide range of artwork and crafts created by local artisans, with the goods being on display and for sale. Local artists who create original handmade artwork and wares (see list of items below) are invited to apply to be part of the fair, with participants retaining 100% of the proceeds from their sales.  There is no application or participation fee. Please note, space is limited so not all those who apply will be invited to participate.

AI art is counter to the spirit of our festival and the support of our community of independent creators.

Our goal is to create a fun, family-friendly event that is diverse, inclusive, accessible for all, and showcases a range of voices and perspectives while coming together to celebrate the fantastic artists and makers who make our community and region so special! The event will be free to attend and open to everyone in the community.

• There is no application fee or participation fee.
• Deadline for application is Monday, March 30th.
• Space is limited. Not all who apply will be invited to participate.
• Participants must provide tables and chairs.
• Tents are not required, but can be used (maximum 10'x10').
• Artists are responsible for all transactions, and keep 100% of the proceeds from sales.
• Artists will be notified by Friday, May 1st.

1. If you are submitting work for consideration in more than one medium, each must listed on your application.
2. Please submit two (2) photos of your work for consideration if you are not providing a link to your work.
3. All offerings must abide by the original work requirement below.
4. Artwork on display must be family-friendly. Artwork must not be political, commercial, sexually explicit, or graphically violent.
5. Artwork must not be AI generated.
