WINTER is often said to be the least favorite of the 4 seasons, but why? Winter has its own brutal yet delicate beauty and many savor its cool weather, cozy indoor activities, its encouragement of contemplation and planning. We encourage narrow to broad interpretations of the theme. All genres and mediums are welcome. Juror TBD.
