Was looking for funding/grant resources to help a friend and myself start a local business sponsored by the mass state commission for the blind, designed to promote and teach music for individuals with visual impairment as well as offer a space for the blind to promote artwork and additionally have a place for the general community to gather/host exhibits and share their art in a communal space/real estate specifically designed for this function and promote the culture from within.
