Fox Allen Bindery is a 1200 sqft bookbinding and paper marbling studio. The Space is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles a book or paper worker may need. Use of common materials (papers and tissues, adhesives, waste materials, etc) is an additional $100/mo. Other materials available per market value (Leathers, marbled papers, paints, etc) Included in rental is access to flexible use bench space, personal storage space in various parts of the studio.

Amenities: Ample parking. Large single use bathroom. Decently stocked kitchen and pantry (full sized fridge for foods, mini fridge for work materials, snacks, stovetops, microwave, etc)

This space is suitable for many media artists! Bookbinders, paper artists, painters (handmade watercolor and handmade acrylic paints made in house!), all welcome to apply!
