Recording Engineer Looking for Studio Space

Hello! My name is John and I'm a 37y/o musician and recording engineer living in Holyoke. I'm looking for a secure and somewhat climate controlled space to set up my project recording studio. Although I am gainfully employed at a local health system, I've been learning the art of audio engineering and collecting gear since my teens. At this point i have mostly worked on projects for myself and friends, but I am looking to build a community based studio that offers professional quality recordings for local artists at extremely reasonable rates. My hope is to find a space where i can optimize my recording workflow and build a stream of projects that will allow this endeavor to sustain itself. My budget is modest, but given the right situation I will eventually be able to take on more expense.  Beyond working with musicians, I will also be pursuing Podcast, Voiceover, and Music Tech Education as additional income/service streams. I would be love to sit down and discuss my visions and share samples of my work. Thanks for reading!
