Seeking Studio Mate -- Shared Space with Botanical Artist & Jazz Pianist

Hi there!

We are looking for a studio mate to share our space on the second floor of the Open Square Mill building in Holyoke!

The studio is a lovely, open space with high ceilings, great natural light, and plenty of wall and work surface space. We currently use it for floral design, occasional events, studio recordings, music jams, and visual art projects.

The space is equipped with large work surfaces, a lounge and bar area (which we use for events), a refrigerator, and storage. There are also bathrooms and an accessible utility sink just down the hall. The building itself is fairly quiet, particularly in the afternoons and evenings.

We have a couple of options for sharing the space:

• $250/month: Split the studio costs three ways. (long term availability for third studio mate)

• $400/month: Lease half of the studio, sharing the space with the pianist who currently works there. (temporary leasing between Nov-Apr)

Both arrangements are possibilities depending on how much space you need and how you'd like to use it. Coco, our botanical artist, will be traveling to Miami for the next several months, so we're looking to find someone to make use of the extra space while she's away, as well as when she returns.

If you're interested or would like to come by and see the studio, we'd love to connect!
