Studio for clay/ sculpture/art work

I am a ceramic sculptor moving to north Adams in August for a year sabbatical. Looking for space to work clay and / or metal fabrication and/or screen printing/ drawing/ painting. I can bring all tools and materials as needed. I can  work with an existing studio space or can rent a garage, shed, etc with electrical power and water. Experienced renovator and  I can renovate rough space, frame walls, plumb, wire, build shelves and tables if necessary.
