BERKSHIRE CHORAL INTERNATIONAL

Arts Camp / Institute (short-term experience)

Berkshire Choral International creates one-of-a-kind experiences for amateur singers, inspires participation in life-long singing, and builds appreciation for choral music. Over the past 40 years, BCI has enriched the lives of almost 9000 singers through our week-long choral music programs under the batons of dozens of the world’s great conductors in prestigious venues throughout the U.S. and Europe. As an inclusive home for people who love to sing, BCI celebrates and connects the choral music world.

When we say your voice belongs at BCI, we mean it. We sing in an atmosphere of kindness, shared learning, and mutual respect.  We’re people who are serious about making music but who also value having a good time. We ensure that BCI events are inclusive and friendly. A typical week draws singers ages 18 and up from across the U.S. and all corners of the globe. Black, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Indigenous, and LGBTQ+ singers will find a welcoming musical home here. Most of our programs are designed with the experienced amateur choral singer in mind but are generally not auditioned
