Since 1887, Dewey Hall has connected the Berkshire County community by providing a venue for arts and culture, strengthening the social fabric of the region.
Today, Dewey fosters a vibrant and creative space for arts, music, ideas, and educational programming used by locals for family gatherings and social events. Beyond the shingle-style edifice is a dynamic meeting, performance space with a soaring vaulted ceiling and a small stage with good acoustics.
Dewey provides affordable rental space for organizations and individuals. The hall has a non-commercial kitchen, as well as a library space for smaller meetings and events.
More than 100 events occur annually in this historic building, and the Dewey Hall board seeks partnerships with organizations that share its mission to strengthen regional connections for the future.
