I create choreography as an expression of theatre and music, incorporating multiple styles of dance, and narratives which reflect our diverse and changing global community. My art is often inspired by literature, exploring it with a modern twist. I am deeply interested in the relationship between technology, humanity, and spirituality. I am also passionate about questioning traditions assumptions and notions regarding age, and limits placed on 'the old'. Through dance as a medium, I attempt to destabilize prevailing, normative paradigms, especially those which are exclusionary or harmful to marginalized individuals.
