My name is Makayla-Courtney McGeeney. I'm often referred to as Makayla, or Mack. I wear many hats, but would consider myself a writer, poet, and photographer. For "day job" work I focus on social media marketing management for various small businesses. I went to school for journalism, so I regularly find myself eager to document situations, whether with text or with photos and videos. I brought my love for journalism – telling other people's stories – into marketing by helping small businesses figure out how to tell their own story. Social media is so integrated into our daily lives, yet it doesn't come easy to everyone. I try to help make it as seamless as possible.
